Pursuant to section 5 and clause 1 of the Schedule to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990,
the Governor-General of New Zealand and Minister of Transport reappoint
Pauline Alice Winter
to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission as a member and Deputy Chief Commissioner respectively, for
a term from 21 December 2009 to 30 November 2010.
