Notice is hereby given that on 30 November 2010, Westpac New Zealand Limited ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of
the mortgagor, Magoo Freight Limited, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
The registered office of the mortgagee is Level 15, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
