Take notice that on 24 November 2010, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7039057.2 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 24 Arlette Place, Massey, Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title NA16B/516.
The registered office of GE Custodians is 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
