Associated Retailers (NZ) Limited ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 23 November 2010, it entered into possession of the property subject to security agreements dated the 3rd day of April 2003 (as varied) and the 8th day of April 2003.
