Take notice that on 19 November 2010, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7509652.2 (South Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 14 Harold Crescent, Rotorua, being all the land comprised in certificate of title SA12A/645.
The registered office of GE Custodians is 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
