The description of the mortgaged land is firstly a fee simple half share in 1001 square metres, more or less, being Lot 42 DP 36488 and secondly, the leasehold estate contained in Lease Instrument LC435890.5, being Flat 2 DP 150566 and Carport 2 DP 150566 and the leasehold estate contained in Lease Instrument LD493166.3, being Flat 3 DP 200826, being the properties known as 10B and 10C Matipo Road, Mairangi Bay.
