Westpac New Zealand Limited ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 29 January 2010 it entered into possession of the property subject to a security agreement dated the 7th day of November 2007.

2007 Yuchai YC25 ROP Excavator, VIN 82500647, Chassis No. 70010378, c/w buckets, hitch, thumb and fuel pump and all accessories and attachments.
