Take notice that on or about Tuesday 11 November 2010, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7636532.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 78 Harrison Street, Wanganui, being all the land comprised in certificate of title WN536/32.
