Take notice that on Tuesday 14 September 2010, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6995034.2 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 8 Rosecamp Road, Beach Haven, Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title NA6A/1150.
The registered office of GE Custodians is 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
