Take notice that on 18 August 2010, Wroxton Finance Limited and Canterbury Trustees (2007) Limited (as tenants in common), by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 8046650.2 situated at Unit C, 52B Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland, and by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 8136472.4, situated at Sebel Apartments, 114/85 Customs Street West, Auckland ("the properties"), comprised in certificates of title NA137C/727 and NA128A/292 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the properties.
This notice is given by Wroxton Finance Limited and Canterbury Trustees (2007) Limited (as tenants in common), whose address for correspondence is at
