GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7320170.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 34 Bodi Place,
Te Atatu South, Waitakere, being all the land comprised in certificate of title NA19A/69.
The registered office of GE Custodians is 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
