Pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, PGG Wrightson Finance Limited ("the secured party"), being the holder of security interests pursuant to security agreements registered under financing statement numbers FD189FJ82990FN29 and F81G42G82730J7A0, hereby gives notice that it has taken possession of the mortgaged goods described below with effect from 26 August 2010.
