The description of the mortgaged land is firstly, a 1/3 share in the fee simple estate comprising 1333 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3A DPS 345 (South Auckland Land Registry) and secondly, a leasehold interest in Lease Instrument H860892.1, being legal description House 1 DPS 51092 (South Auckland Land Registry), collectively being the property known as 14A Graham Street, Hamilton.
