Take notice that on 6 August 2010 MARAC Finance Limited ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of:
1986 Bundaberg Alloy Boats Commercial Passenger Catamaran "Kawau Kat IV" (MSA No. 10932)
owned by the debtor and operated in the Waitemata Harbour and Hauraki Gulf.
The vessel is secured to the mortgagee under a general security deed granted by the debtor and dated the 3rd day of February 2006.
