Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited (the "mortgagee"), as mortgagee under instrument of mortgage 8346521.1 (Canterbury Land Registry) (the "mortgage") over the property located at 96 Lichfield Street, Christchurch (contained in Computer Freehold Register CB22F/432), described as Section 991 Town of Christchurch (Canterbury Land Registry) (the "property"), took possession of the property from Lichfield Ventures Limited (the "mortgagor") on 30 July 2010 in accordance with sections 137(1)(b) and 139(1)(b) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued for FM Custodians Limited by Jared Vaughan Ormsby, solicitor for the above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee
is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor,
BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch 8140; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
