Take notice that on 2 July 2010, TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6510938.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 14 Wheturangi Road, Greenlane, Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 112206.
The registered office of TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited is Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
