Dinesh Investments Limited, whose registered office is situated at 62 Carlton Street, Hillsborough, Auckland, gives notice that it is the mortgagee, pursuant to mortgage 7961613.3, granted by Glenmary Land Limited as mortgagor over the property situated at 15 Glenmary Place, Papatoetoe, Manukau, being all the land described in Computer Freehold Register NA65A/201 (North Auckland Land Registry), and that the mortgagee entered into possession of the property on or about 15 June 2010.
