Take notice that on 17 June 2010, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6546584.3 situated at 3/120 Esplanade, Kaikoura ("the property"), being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register 174278 (Marlborough Land Registry), entered into possession of the property.
This notice is given by FM Custodians Limited, whose address for correspondence is at the offices of Harmans, Lawyers, Level 19, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (PO Box 13151), Christchurch.
