AXA New Zealand Nominees Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level 6, 80 The Terrace, Wellington, gives notice that it is the mortgagee, pursuant to mortgage 7586181.2, granted by Pinehurst Limited as mortgagor over the property situated at Level 10, 155 Queen Street, Auckland, being all the land described in Computer Freehold Registers NA104D/336, NA104D/337, NA104D/338, NA104D/339, NA104D/340, NA104D/341, NA104D/370, NA104D/371 and NA104D/372 (all North Auckland Land Registry), and that the mortgagee entered into possession of the property on or about 7 June 2010.
