Notice is hereby given that on 2 June 2010, South Canterbury Finance Limited ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of
35 boxes containing outdoor chair and bench sets following the failure of the mortgagor, Kwila World Limited, to remedy a demand notice issued on
19 May 2010.
The registered office of the mortgagee is 19 Sophia Street, Timaru.
