Re:Properties at 18 and 31 Roxanne Place, Tauranga, described as Lot 8 DP 339480 and Lot 9 DP 339480 comprised in certificates of title 162407 and 162408 (South Auckland Land Registry) ("the properties").
Please take notice that the properties are in the possession and control of Glaister Ennor Solicitors Nominee Company Limited, as mortgagee of the properties subject to the mortgage, from 2 June 2010.
Any person entering any part of the properties without the permission of the Glaister Ennor Solicitors Nominee Company Limited will be considered to be trespassing.
No materials are to be removed from any part of the properties.
