Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Rice Craig Solicitors Nominee Company Limited, being the mortgagee under mortgage 7199409.4, in respect of the mortgage from Goldberg Group Limited, hereby gives notice that on 24 May 2010 it entered into possession of the following properties:
- 19 London Street, Hamilton, being an estate in fee simple containing 1341 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4 and Part Lot 3 DP 13133, being all the land comprised and described in Identifier SA639/47 (South Auckland Land Registry); and
- 646 Victoria Street, Hamilton, being an estate in
fee simple containing 709 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DPS 6927 and Lot 4-5 DP 13884, being all the land comprised and described in Identifier SA1B/1086 (South Auckland Land Registry).
