Pursuant to section 137 of the Property Law Act 2007, Portfolio Mortgage Company Limited ("Portfolio") entered into possession of mortgaged land at 2 St Stephens Avenue, Parnell, Auckland (certificate of title 51781, North Auckland Land Registration District).
Portfolio entered into possession of the mortgaged land on
3 May 2010 by taking possession of the property.
