TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 26 February 2010.
The description of the mortgaged land is:
- Unit C6 and Accessory Unit C68, DP 360485, being the property known as Apartment 211, Hudson Brown Apartments, Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland.
- Unit C20 and Accessory Unit C46, DP 360485, being the property known as Apartment 411, Hudson Brown Apartments, Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland.
