Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Notice is hereby given that:
1. Lipscomb Trust, as mortgagee under mortgage A230714.2 (the "mortgage" and "mortgagee") over the property located at 5 Buckleys Road, Christchurch (contained and described in the Computer Freehold Register CB15F/626 (Canterbury Land Registry))
("the property"), took possession of the property secured by the mortgage from Maxwell Allfrey, Helen Rose Allfrey and Andrew James Keegan (the "mortgagor") on 31 March 2010 in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued for Lipscomb Trust by Barry Flewellen, authorised agent for the above-named mortgagee.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee is at the offices of Thompson and Morgan, 325 Manchester Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be posted to the solicitor at PO Box 13327, Armagh, Christchurch 8141.
