is at 312 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland.
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of a deed of loan and security agreement 302058 dated the 22nd day of October 2009 ("the security agreement"):
Whereas in the security agreement the debtor has granted
to Avanti Finance Limited ("the secured party") a security interest over certain collateral goods.
The secured party gives notice that on 20 March 2010 the secured party entered into possession of some of the goods, namely:
2001 Toyota Rav4, Chassis No.: JTEHH20V600072576. Registration No.: FCR49.
The address for the secured party in relation to these goods is Level 2, Building B, Avanti Finance Centre, 65 Main Highway Ellerslie, Auckland.
