1. On 22 December 2009, The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited ("the mortgagee"), pursuant
to mortgage 6092592.2 (Wellington Land Registry), appointed a receiver of rental pursuant to the terms contained and implied in its mortgage over the mortgaged property and as provided in the Property Law Act 2007.
2. The mortgaged property is the property located at Salbury Street, Levin, being the Levin Mall, and further contained in Identifier WN8C/1236 (Wellington Land Registry), being Lot 1 DP 31985.
