Finance Now Limited ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 24 February 2010, it entered into possession of property subject to security agreements dated the 23rd day of April 2009.
The secured property is described as:
Kitchen equipment, point of sale system and sound system secured to the mortgagee by Yellow Cross Brewing Company Limited (in receivership).
The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, 78 Worcester Street (PO Box 322), Christchurch.
