The description of the mortgaged land is 38 Rossmore Terrace, Christchurch, being 810 square metres, a fee simple interest in Lot 1 DP 374137, plus an undivided
one-fifth share in Lot 7 DP 374137 and an undivided
one-third share in Lot 8 DP 374137.
