Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given of the intention to remove DELTA PAPA NOMINEES LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of
the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of the delivery
of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar no later than
5 March 2010.
