Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, James Stewart Murray, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered offices are situated at care of
76 Forge Road, Silverdale, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with Registrar my final reports on the liquidations, it is intended that the companies be removed from the Register.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 15 November 2010.
