Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove the
above-named company from the Register, and a request for the destruction of all its remaining books and records will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to sections 317(1)(e) and 256 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) have been sent to the Registrar.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 29 October 2010.
