Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended that the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed.
The liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 of the Act.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 20 October 2010.
The registered office of the company is situated at the offices of Malcolm W. Nye, Chartered Accountants, 201 Pakuranga Road, Manukau.
