Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is given of the intention to remove ROSTRUM HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register
of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of
the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of the delivery
of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a).
Any objection to the intended removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 7 October 2010.

Note: The company was solvent and all creditors have been paid in full. The liquidation is not related to the current activities of Spartan Engineering.
