Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 318(1)(d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Robert Barry Whale, being a director of WIMBLTANGI TENNIS CLUB LIMITED ("the company") and authorised by special resolution of the members of the company, propose to request that the Registrar of Companies remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution.
Any person objecting to the removal of the company may do so, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and must deliver such objection to the Registrar of Companies not more than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
