I have concluded the liquidation of R S ELLINGHAM LIMITED and hereby give notice in accordance with section 318(l)(e)(i) of the Companies Act 1993.
I have filed my final report and consequently the company is to be removed from the Register.
Notice is given that unless the written objection to the removal is sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, by 24 September 2010, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
