Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator will seek removal of the above-named companies from the Register.
The removals are sought under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removals must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies by 3 September 2010.
