I intend to remove the following charitable trust from the Register under section 318(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
I am satisfied that this trust has ceased to carry on business and there is no further reason for the trust to continue in existence or that no liquidator is acting.
LOWER HUTT SAMOAN ASSEMBLY OF GOD TRUST BOARD (in liquidation).
Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to removal of the above-named trust is delivered to the Registrar by 25 February 2010 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove this trust from the Register.
