Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report for the above-named company together with a copy of this notice have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies with the intention that the company be removed from the Companies Register by the Registrar in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the company must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not later than
17 February 2010, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993.
