Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, John Albert Price, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered offices are situated at Level 1, 46 Stanley Street, Parnell, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to their removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 17 February 2010.
