Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Application to remove the above-named company from the Register of Companies has been made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made to the Registrar by 8 July 2010.
