Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Application to remove the above-named company from the Register of Companies has been made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made to the Registrar by 10 July 2010.
