Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
The liquidation of the above-named company, whose registered office is 38 Percival Avenue, Tauranga, has now been completed.
The liquidator’s final reports and accounts, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), have been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the company be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321
of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later
than 22 July 2010.
