Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Logan Matthew Granger, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at 202 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 16 July 2010.
