the Register

We, Stephen John Tubbs and Brian Mayo-Smith, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KLEINS
(NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED and JEWELLERY DISTRIBUTORS OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED by a creditors' resolution for each company at the watershed meeting, pursuant to section 239ABA(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 September 2008.
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 9 July 2010.
