Pursuant to Section 321 of the Companies Act 1993

I, Jurgen Werner Herbke, liquidator of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at 633 Main Street, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove this company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 10 June 2010.
