We, Stephen John Tubbs and Colin Anthony Gower, were appointed joint liquidators of TFP LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the High Court on 3 March 2008.
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 7 May 2010.
