We, Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, were appointed joint liquidators of THE FARM FRESH SALMON COMPANY LIMITED and SALPAC NZ LIMITED (both in liquidation) by orders of the High Court on 15 May 2006.
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 May 2010.
