I hereby give notice that it is intended to remove MCG SWITZERLAND GMBH from the Overseas Register given trading has ceased in New Zealand.
Three months from the date of this publication I will
notify the Registrar of Companies of the intention of MCG SWITZERLAND GMBH to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
