Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove SHORE PAVING LIMITED (in liquidation), having its registered office at Level 1, 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar is 9 April 2010.
